KSGE Days 2023 scientific committee welcomes all interested individuals abstracts for the scientific sessions where we can share the most recent research works and review challenging and interesting cases around the world.

Abstracts presented at other conferences can also be submitted if they have not been published in a journal.

Submitted abstracts can be revised on the website during the abstract submission period. And submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Submission Guidelines

• All abstract submissions and presentations must be written in clear English.
• Abstract titles should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract. The abstract body text should be structured chronologically into 5 sections:
• Backgrounds/Aims,  
• Methods, 
• Results, 
• Conclusions, 
• Keywords.
• Abstracts should be no longer than 2,000 bytes of text body. If you want to upload a table or images, the abstracts should be no longer than 1,300 bytes.
  The abstract title should be less than 120 byte.
• Tables and images are limited to 8cm (width) x 5cm (height).
• You can revise your abstracts online until the submission deadline via the abstract system.
• When submitting the finalized version of your abstract, please fill out all required fields in the online system.
  It is the author’s responsibility to review and correct the abstract. Submitters are responsible for all errors on the abstract.
• Abstract submission does not constitute registration in the conference and presenters are required to register by the pre-registration deadline.

Notification of Acceptance

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Board according to standard review procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting, corresponding and abstract submitting author After August 7, 2023.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by August 15, 2023, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the KSGE Days 2023 secretariat (ksgedays@conventionpm.com) in writing as soon as possible.
