• If you pay the registration fee by credit card, be sure to click the confirm button before closing the window.
• Confirmation letter of registration will be sent to you via e-mail after completing online registration.
• You can check your payment status on your ‘My Page.’

Payment needed	Payment has not yet been completed. (Your wire transfer payment is being confirmed).
Completed	Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

• Your payment status will be changed from 'Payment Pending' to 'Completed' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
• After your registration is confirmed, you can download your receipt from 'My Page' after the conference ends.

Payment Methods

You can check the payment status of your registration on 'My Page.'
Fees can be paid using one of the following options:

Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
• The merchant's name on your credit card statement will be 'Eximbay' (Non-Korean) or 'Toss payment' (Korean).

Real-time banking	By selecting “Real-time banking,” instead of the usual two-to-three day wait for electronic funds transfers to go through, money will be available in accounts in a matter of seconds. The registrant’s name should be clearly stated on the wire transfer.
Virtual account	By selecting “Virtual account,” a virtual account number will be allocated for each transaction, so we can find the remitter information for the transaction easily. The method is the same as for a bank transfer. However, you should remit the money by the expiration day given to each virtual account number.

• All wire transfer charges are to be paid by registrants.
• Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation

• Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
• Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment (Bank Wire Transfer).
• Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
• If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at ksgedays@medioffice.or.kr

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation can be made via e-mail and must be confirmed by the secretariat.
• All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
• No refunds will be given after August 31, 2025 (Korea Standard Time).
