Guidelines for E-poster Presentation

Deadline for File Submission :
August 18, 2023

All accepted abstracts will be presented in the form of E-Poster, all presenters do not need to bring a printed copy of their posters. Please make your E-poster file to meet the following criteria and upload the file on website ‘My Page’, Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

1. How to prepare your E-poster

Presentation & Q&A	In-person presentation NOT required
Poster display	Your E-poster will be displayed on the virtual platform and DID monitor during the conference.

* Please make sure to meet the submission deadline. Files submitted after the deadline may not be uploaded properly on the virtual platform and DID on site, and be cancelled.

2. TemplateDownload

Language	English
Format	PDF format file ONLY Please convert your slides to a PDF with one slide per page. * When you finish your entries in PowerPoint, covert it to PDF by clicking File → Export → Then select PDF format and click on save.
Screen Ratio	Portrait (Vertical Orientation)
File Size	The maximum file size is 77 cm (width) x 138 cm (high) 1 page / 2 MB

3. How to upload your E-poster File

File Name	Abstract Submission No._ Presenter Name
Submission	Please submit your file on the KSGE Days 2023 website. Login → My Page → Abstract Submission → E-Poster file Upload

* Please note: The deadline is final to review the file. After August 18, 2023, the file will not be uploaded in the website and excluded from the list of award winners.
