Presentation Guideline
Guidelines for E-poster Presentation
Deadline for File Submission : AUGUST 31, 2025
E-poster presenters are not required to bring printed copies of their posters. Please prepare your E-Poster file according to the guidelines below and upload it via ‘My Page’ on the conference website. Read the instructions carefully, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
- 1. How to prepare your E-poster

File Format PDF format only Presentation & Q&A Selected outstanding abstracts will be presented on-site (will be notified individually) Poster Display Your E-poster will be displayed on a DID monitor during the conference. * Please ensure your file is submitted before the deadline. Files submitted after the deadline may not be uploaded properly to the on-site DID system and may be excluded.

Please convert your slides to a PDF with one slide per page.
* When you finish preparing your slides in PowerPoint, convert them to PDF by clicking File → Export → select PDF format → Save.Screen Ratio Portrait (Vertical Orientation) File Size Maximum size is 77 cm (width) x 138 cm (height)
