Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting author will be underlined in the proceedings.

Up to 5 keywords, each beginning with a capital letter.

|
Up to two images may be included, each not exceeding 8cm (width) × 5cm (height), in JPG or PNG format

|
Follow the same submission format as regular abstracts, with the addition of a video file.
|

Video Guidelines
|
- Up to 5 minutes in length
- Must include endoscopic procedures or examinations
- Narration is optional, but if included, it must be in English
- Selected videos will be shown/displayed at the exhibition hall.
Among them, up to 8 outstanding abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation during the Video Contest Session on September 5.

General Information
- Abstracts must be submitted online through the official conference website only.
- Abstracts that have already been published in journals or other publications will not be accepted.
- No revisions or proofreading will be possible after the submission deadline. Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy.
- Authors may select their preferred presentation type (E-poster or Video).
- All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference Abstract Book.
- By submitting, authors confirm that all listed authors have approved the abstract and that the study complies with ethical standards.
- The purpose of the video abstract is to present novel and interesting cases or case series studies related to diagnostic or therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy.
Abstract Acceptance Notification & Presenter Guidelines
- Notification of results will be sent to the presenting, corresponding authors, and submitting author by email.
- The presenting author should register by the early registration deadline to confirm their attendance.
- Failure to do so will result in the abstract being withdrawn from the program.
Abstract Modification or Withdrawal
- Abstract modification is available until the abstract submission deadline.
- If you want to withdraw the abstract, please inform the secretariat by email (conference@ksgedays.or.kr) as soon as possible.
