• If you pay the registration fee by credit card, please make sure to click the Confirm button before closing the window.
• A confirmation letter will be sent to your email after your online registration is completed.

Registration Fee Notice (IDEN Member Discount)

A discounted registration fee is available for international participants who are IDEN members.

• Please check the IDEN member list provided below.
• If your name appears on the list, you may proceed with registration at the discounted (IDEN member) rate.
• Participants who are not listed as IDEN members but complete registration at the member rate will be required to pay the difference on-site.

※ Participants not included in the list will be charged the regular registration fee.

You can check the payment status of your registration on ‘My Page.’
Registration fees can be paid using one of the following methods:

Credit Card

• Credit card payment is available only through the online registration system.
• The final charged amount may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
• All credit card service charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
• The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement will be “Eximbay” (for international payments) or “Toss Payments” (for domestic payments in Korea).

Bank Wire Transfer

• All bank transfer charges must be paid by the registrant.
• The bank transfer must be made under the registrant’s name, and the name should appear on the transfer receipt.

Real-time banking	By selecting “Real-time Banking,” the payment will be transferred instantly, instead of the usual two to three business days required for standard electronic bank transfers. The registrant’s name must be clearly stated when making the transfer.
Virtual account	By selecting “Virtual Account,” a unique virtual account number will be issued for each transaction, allowing us to easily identify the remitter. The payment process is the same as a standard bank transfer. Please ensure that the payment is completed before the expiration date assigned to the virtual account.

Registration Confirmation

• For credit card payments, a registration confirmation will be sent to your e-mail immediately after the completion of the online registration.
• For bank wire transfers, a registration confirmation will be sent to your e-mail within two weeks after the full payment has been received.
• Registrations will not be confirmed until the full payment has been received.
• If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact the secretariat at (conference@ksgedays.or.kr)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via e-mail and confirmed by the secretariat.
• All bank charges related to the refund must be paid by the registrant.
• No refunds will be issued after August 21, 2026 (Korea Standard Time).
