Visa Navigator

  • All foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport.
  • Participants should apply for a Korean visa and receive it in their country before departure
    (Except those from countries who have visa exemption agreements with Korea)
  • Please visit the “Visa Navigator” below to check whether a visa is required.

K-ETA

All travelers entering the Republic of Korea who come from visa-waiver and visa-free entry countries / regions must hold a K-ETA approval by applying on the K-ETA website before their flight.

Please visit the website and check whether the K-ETA is a compulsory requirement for your travel to KSEG Days 2026.

Invitation Letter

  • Participants who require an invitation letter for visa purposes may download it from their My Page once the registration fee has been paid in full.
  • The invitation letter is issued solely for the purpose of supporting a visa application and does not imply any financial responsibility on the part of KSGE Days 2026.
  • Kindly be advised that KSGE Days 2026 will not issue guarantee letters under any circumstances for visa purposes.
  • Participants are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa and should apply well in advance of their intended travel date.
