Guidelines for E-poster Presentation

Deadline for E-Poster Submission :
Extended to AUGUST 26, 2026

E-poster presenters are not required to bring printed copies of their posters. Please prepare your E-Poster file according to the guidelines below and upload it via ‘My Page’ on the conference website. Read the instructions carefully, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

E-Poster File Download E-Poster Template

File Format	PDF, maximum file size of 5 MB
Number of Slides	Maximum of 6 slides, including the title and COI disclosure slides
Media Files	Video and audio files are not supported.

How to Submit

File Name	Abstract Submission No._ Presenter Name
Submission	Please upload your file at ‘My Page’ on the KSGE Days 2026 website. Login ▶ My Page ▶ Abstract Submission ▶ E-Poster File Upload

* Please ensure your file is submitted before the deadline.
* Files submitted after the deadline may not be uploaded properly to the on-site viewing system and may be excluded.

Presentation & Display

Poster Display	Your E-poster will be displayed on a wide monitor during the congress. Location: Poster Hall (3F)
Presentation for E-Poster	No on-site presentation is required for E-Poster presenters.

Poster Presentation for Awardees	Awardees for Youn Investigator and Excellent E-Poster Awardees are required to give an oral presentation.
Session	Outstanding Poster Presentation [UGI] September 4 (Friday), 15:25-16:30 Outstanding Poster Presentation [LGI] September 4 (Friday), 09:00-09:50 Outstanding Poster Presentation [PB, Others] September 5 (Saturday), 09:00-09:50
Location	Spotlight Stage (2F, In front of Room 5)
Presentation Time	5 minutes presentation & 3 minutes Q&A
Prepare your Session	- Please bring your presentation file on a USB drive and submit it onsite. - Please keep strictly to your allotted time out of consideration for the other presenters. - Arrive at the session room at least 20 minutes before the session begins.
