Presenters should deliver a live oral presentation while their submitted video is played without audio. The Secretariat will prepare the video file. |
On-site Preparation
- Please keep strictly to your allotted time out of consideration for the other presenters.
- Arrive at the session room at least 20 minutes before the session begins.
- [Notice] The judges will evaluate each presentation, and a special prize will be awarded based on the evaluation results.
